2. How We Collect Information
- Contact and booking forms: when you submit a form on our Site, we collect the information you provide directly. For campaign quote requests, we store the landing-page path and any present campaign attribution values with the quote record.

- Campaign measurement: our campaign landing pages use Google Tag Manager to load approved measurement tags. Our custom campaign events report only a successful quote request or a phone-link click and do not include form fields or contact details.

- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Communicate with you about your service (e.g., appointment reminders, follow-ups)

- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or legal process
Some of these third-party services may store or process data outside of Canada, including in the United States. By using our Site, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws.
5. Cookies
The Site may use cookies or similar storage for security, form functionality, and campaign measurement. Our campaign landing pages use Google Tag Manager to load approved Google measurement tags, which may process technical data such as browser information, page and referring URLs, advertising click identifiers, and IP address. The Site's custom conversion events identify only a successful quote request or phone-link click and do not include form fields or contact details. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage Google advertising choices through Google's ad settings.
